Real-time tracking is available instantly.
Zenzio offers a wide variety including South Indian (1,500+ items), Biryani, Pizza, Burgers, Chinese, Ice Cream, Cakes, Fresh Juices, Momos, and more. Our restaurant partners include messes, cloud kitchens, specialty restaurants, and home chefs.
Most orders are delivered within 20-35 minutes depending on restaurant preparation time, distance, and demand. You can track your delivery in real-time through the app to see the exact estimated arrival.
Yes. Real-time GPS order tracking is built into the Zenzio app. Once your order is picked up by a Rakshi delivery executive, you can see their location on a live map and receive estimated arrival updates.
Zenzio supports UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), debit cards, credit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Zenzio wallet credits. All digital payments are processed securely.
Delivery charges vary based on distance from the restaurant to your location. The exact delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees - what you see is what you pay.
All Zenzio deliveries are handled by our Rakshi team - trained women delivery executives who are verified, professional, and passionate about serving their community. This is the core of what makes Zenzio unique.
Zenzio was founded on the belief that the gig economy should create genuine opportunity for women. Our Rakshi delivery network provides women with flexible income, professional identity, EV vehicles, and a supportive community. Beyond empowerment, women riders consistently deliver higher customer satisfaction scores.
You can cancel an order before the restaurant accepts it for a full refund. After restaurant acceptance, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of food. Refunds for wrong or missing items are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method. Contact support@zenzio.in for all order issues.
