By accessing or using the Zenzio Food mobile application and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Platform Overview

Zenzio Food is a food delivery platform that connects:

  • Users (customers)
  • Restaurant partners
  • Delivery partners

We facilitate food ordering and delivery but do not prepare or manufacture food items ourselves.


2. User Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older to place orders.
  • By using the app, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Any activity performed using the registered account will be deemed authorized by the user.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or policy violations.

4. Ordering & Payments

  • Prices, taxes, delivery charges, and offers are displayed before order confirmation.
  • Payments may be made via supported online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (if available).
  • Online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.

Zenzio Food is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment providers, or technical issues beyond our control.


5. Order Acceptance & Fulfilment

  • Order acceptance is subject to confirmation by the restaurant partner.
  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to operational factors.
  • Once accepted by the restaurant, orders generally cannot be cancelled.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Order cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Refund eligibility is determined after verification and approval by our support team.

7. Food Quality & Liability

  • Restaurants are solely responsible for food quality, preparation, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Zenzio Food acts as an intermediary and shall not be liable for:
    • Taste preferences
    • Allergic reactions
    • Food quality disputes

Users are advised to check ingredient details and inform restaurants of allergies where applicable.


8. Delivery

  • Deliveries are handled by delivery partners assigned through the platform.
  • Users must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive the order.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or user unavailability are not the responsibility of Zenzio Food.

9. Promotions & Offers

  • Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and availability.
  • Zenzio Food reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Misuse promo codes or referral benefits
  • Provide false information
  • Attempt to disrupt platform operations

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.


11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in the app are the property of Zenzio Food or its licensors.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Zenzio Food shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from restaurant or delivery partner actions
  • Service interruptions beyond reasonable control

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app without prior notice if these Terms are violated.


14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.


15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Specific Terms for Delivery Partners

By registering as a Delivery Partner on the Zenzio platform, you agree to the following additional terms:

1. Independent Contractor Status

You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee of Zenzio. You are free to accept or reject delivery requests at your discretion. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and vehicle maintenance.

2. Location Tracking & Device Usage

  • Mandatory Tracking: You agree to allow the Zenzio Partner App to track your live location while you are marked as “Online” or have an active order. This is required for order allocation and customer transparency.
  • Data Usage: Your location data will be shared with customers and restaurant partners during active deliveries.
  • Battery & Data: You are responsible for ensuring your device has sufficient battery and data plan to complete accepted deliveries.

3. Code of Conduct & Safety

  • Professionalism: You agree to treat restaurant staff and customers with respect and professionalism.
  • Safety: You must obey all traffic laws and local regulations while delivering. Zenzio is not liable for any traffic violations, accidents, or injuries that occur while you are using the platform.
  • Prohibited Items: You shall not tamper with the food or packaging in any way.

4. Documents & Verification

  • Accuracy: You warrant that all documents provided (Scanning of License, RC, Insurance) are valid and belong to you.
  • Updates: You must immediately update the app or notify support if your license expires or is suspended.

5. Account Termination

Zenzio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You consistently fail to deliver accepted orders.
  • You are found to be using fraudulent location spoofing tools.
  • You violate safety standards or receive multiple serious complaints from customers.
